DEPOSIT INSTRUCTIONS (Effective July 28, 2021)
Option 1: Co-operating Brokerages and or their clients can make a deposit by way of Certified Cheque or Bank Draft ONLY at any TD Bank branch.

And name of the listing agent by way of email to our Deals Department at: admin@hlparamount.com cc r.jhamb@RJRealtor.ca as a secondary back up.
Option 2 Co-Operating Brokers or agents and or their clients may choose to wire transfer the funds. WIRE PAYMENTS WITHIN CANADA They need to send extra $17.50 as TD charges the trust account that much money for each wire Transfer .
